Hey there, beautiful ones. Let me start this by saying, “I love me!”. Yep. If that bothers anyone, respectfully, I don’t care. Do you have any idea what it took for me to get to a place where I can say, “I love me” and mean it with every fiber of my body? I had to traverse some of the darkest parts of my psyche to get here.
This time last year, I would say I loved myself, even say it in the mirror to reinforce it. But if I’m being honest, I felt like I was lying to myself. But now, you can’t tell me nothing, because I love me, and I do mean, every part of me, past, present, and future me.
I spent years literally hating myself – who I was, what I looked like, where I was in life, how I reacted to things, and a myriad of other illogical reasonings. It was a self-loathing only rivaled by enemy rage. The amount of energy I used hating every part of myself. It’s sad when I think about it. But I understand why I was the way I was and I forgive myself for my lack of knowledge and faith in myself.

From Cockiness to Confidence: Owning My Self-Love Journey
In today’s world, I am far from the self-hating individual I used to be. I love myself so much I don’t have a problem speaking highly of myself whenever I get an opportunity. Some people call it cockiness, I call it confidence. Tomato, potato! I’ve never felt this way before in my life and I would like to continue the feeling.
I know it seems like I just spent a bunch of time talking about myself because I did. But I speak about myself so you, my lovelies, understand that no matter what you’ve gone through, no matter what people may have told you, no matter where you’ve been in life – you can get to a place where you love yourself so much you are able to do magical things.

Radiating Love: The Power of Self-Love and Its Ripple Effects
The world becomes your oyster because you are vibrating at a level that brings back what you put out. When you truly love yourself it radiates out to your surroundings and life begins to shift. Also, to love yourself you understand that we are all the same. You must love self first and you will then find the true love for and of others. We are all one.
In conclusion, embracing self-love isn’t just about feeling good about yourself; it’s about unlocking your true potential and radiating positivity into the world. It’s a journey worth embarking on, no matter where you are in life. So, my beautiful readers, let’s spread love, starting with ourselves.
I’m going to keep loving myself, which means I keep growing. As I grow, I can continue to share my journey with you to help you become the greatest version of yourself. I believe in you. And remember, as always, I love you. 💙
