Hey there, beautiful ones! Today, we are going to dive into something truly significant on a healing and spiritual journey—finding your soul tribe. A soul tribe is a group of people you resonate with on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. They keep you grounded and challenge you to become the best version of yourself. The key to finding your soul tribe is that you don’t look for them; they find you. I know it seems like a weird concept, but it’s true.
Understanding the Concept of a Soul Tribe
A soul tribe is more than just a group of friends. These are people who understand you on a deeper level and support your personal growth. They are there to help you navigate through life’s challenges, celebrate your successes, and offer unwavering support.
- Mental Resonance: These people think along the same lines as you. They get your jokes, understand your frustrations, and offer insightful advice.
- Emotional Connection: They are there for you during your highs and lows. Your soul tribe offers a shoulder to cry on and celebrates your victories.
- Spiritual Bond: They understand and respect your spiritual journey. They might not be on the same path, but they get it.

Step 1: Elevate Yourself First
Before your soul tribe can find you, you must elevate yourself. This means working on your personal growth and healing. Focus on becoming the best version of yourself.
- Self-Reflection: Spend time understanding your values, beliefs, and what you truly want out of life.
- Healing: Address past traumas and let go of any baggage that might be holding you back.
- Growth: Continuously work on your personal and spiritual development. Read books, attend workshops, and practice self-care.
By elevating yourself, you send out positive vibrations into the universe, attracting like-minded individuals.
Step 2: Be Open and Authentic
When you are open and authentic, you allow the right people to find you. Authenticity is magnetic. People are drawn to those who are genuine and true to themselves.
- Be Yourself: Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Embrace your quirks, flaws, and everything that makes you unique.
- Share Your Journey: Open up about your experiences, both good and bad. This vulnerability creates deeper connections.
- Stay True to Your Values: Don’t compromise on your values to fit in. Your soul tribe will appreciate you for who you are.
Step 3: Trust the Process
Finding your soul tribe is not about actively searching for them. It’s about trusting that the right people will come into your life when the time is right.
- Stay Patient: Building meaningful connections takes time. Don’t rush the process.
- Be Open to Opportunities: Attend events, join communities, and be open to meeting new people.
- Trust the Universe: Believe that the universe will bring the right people into your life when you are ready.

A Personal Story: The Power of a Soul Tribe
To really demonstrate how soul tribes work, let me tell you a story. One of the people I found came along when I wasn’t yet looking for my soul tribe. We were in a branding community together and hit it off like we had known each other our entire lives. Over time, he became a brother to me, and I, a sister to him.
While we were both visiting Vegas, two opportunities came about. One opportunity was for him to go be in a room with like-minded people to help him further his career. The other opportunity was we were given free tickets to a few shows and a ride up on the Stratosphere Tower.
Now, I could have whined, complained, and begged him to go along with me to the free shows and such. However, I said to him, “Go do what you must. I’m not one of those friends who’s gonna say, ‘fuck your dreams, let’s go see these mountain views.’” He couldn’t stop laughing, mostly because he knew I was joking, but also because in life, there are people who would have been upset with him for leaving them to go follow his dreams.
A soul tribe will always support your dreams. They help you to elevate yourself. They also will tell you the truth if you’re about the shenanigans. They hold you accountable, and you hold them responsible as well.
I wouldn’t have met my brother if I wasn’t open and elevated to a level that I was ready for such a connection. When you are ready, your soul tribe will find you, but first, you must begin by elevating yourself.
I believe in you. And remember, as always, I love you. 💙
