Hey there, beautiful one. Let’s talk about manifestation and how it actually works.
By now, I’m sure you’ve heard people say they manifested this or that — and those same people will tell you how easy it is. But maybe you’ve struggled to bring the things you truly desire into your life. Maybe that’s left you wondering if people were exaggerating, if they had some special advantage, or if the Universe simply likes them better. (That last one, I promise you, is extremely far-fetched.)
Here’s what I want you to know: manifestation really is easy — once you understand what’s actually required of you. It takes practice, yes. It takes honesty with yourself, absolutely. But it is available to you right now, exactly as you are. So let me lay out precisely what needs to happen for your manifestations to begin showing up in your life.
Step One: Believe It
First things first — you have to believe. And I can already hear you saying, “But Trina, I do believe in the thing I want.” To that I’ll lovingly ask: do you really believe it, though?
When I say believe, I mean with every single fiber of your being. I mean the kind of belief where nothing and no one can shake you — no doubtful friend, no delayed timeline, no circumstance that looks like a “no.” There is no room in this belief for confusion, uncertainty, or the quiet whisper that says maybe it won’t happen for me.
Let’s use an example we can all relate to: manifesting $1,000,000. To truly believe it, you have to feel it. What does it feel like to know, without question, that you are a millionaire? What happens in your body when you open your bank account and see all those zeros? How does it feel to move through your days with complete financial freedom — to go where you want, give how you want, live how you want? Where does that feeling live in your body? In your chest? Your stomach? Your hands?
That is what it means to believe it. You have to feel as though you already have what you desire — and you have to carry that feeling with you as you move through your days. Not just when it’s convenient. All the time.
Step Two: Receive It
Now we get to the step where most people quietly fall off — and it’s not because they’re doing anything wrong. It’s because this step is the most misunderstood.
To receive your manifestation, you have to do two things: create internal space to hold it, and take action as though it’s already on its way to you.
Many people believe they’re ready for what they’re asking for, but there’s a gap between what they say they want and what they subconsciously feel they deserve. That gap is where manifestations get stuck.
Back to our million-dollar example. To truly open yourself to receive, you first need to look honestly at your relationship with money. What beliefs are running underneath the surface? Do you believe that money is hard to come by? That people like you don’t really have it like that? That wealth would change you in ways you’re afraid of? These are money blocks — and they are incredibly common. Once you identify them, the real work begins: doing the deep inner work to clear them out and create genuine space for abundance to flow in.
But receiving isn’t only internal work. It also means moving like your manifestation is already in motion. Ask yourself: What actions are needed to get me there? If the million dollars is coming through a business, what are the concrete steps you need to take today, this week, this month? If it’s coming through another avenue, how are you creating the opportunities that allow it to find you?
When you take aligned action, you send a clear message to the Universe: I am a willing and active participant in this. And the Universe responds in kind — sending people, information, opportunities, and synchronicities all pointing you in the direction of the thing you said you wanted.
Step Three: Achieve It
You’ve believed it. You’ve opened yourself to receive it. Now comes the part that, honestly, so many people aren’t warned about — and it’s the part that makes all the difference.
You will be tested.
I know. Not what you wanted to hear. But it’s the truth, and I’d rather tell it to you straight: before your manifestation fully arrives, the Universe is going to check in with you. It wants to make sure you are truly ready for what you’ve been asking for. That you’ve done the inner work. That your belief is real, not just surface-level hoping.
Using our million-dollar example — on the road to achievement, you might encounter an opportunity that looked perfect, only to watch it fall through completely. In that moment, you’ll have two choices.
The first is to go backward. To let the old blocks creep back in. To start telling yourself that you’re not worthy, that it was too good to be true, that this is just the way things go for you. If you choose this path, you’ll need to begin the process again — not as punishment, but because the lesson wasn’t fully integrated yet.
The second choice is to hold your ground. To look at that fallen opportunity and say, “This wasn’t it — but something better is coming.” To keep believing. To keep receiving. To trust that the Universe is rerouting you, not rejecting you.
I can tell you from lived experience: when you choose to stay the course, your manifestation arrives in ways that exceed anything you could have planned or imagined. Bigger, better, more aligned. Every single time.
So here’s your invitation, beautiful one. Make your list. Pour your full belief into every item on it. Take the actions that move you toward them. Do the inner work to clear space for them. Brace yourself for the tests — and when they come, stand firm. And when your manifestations do waltz into your life, receive them with deep, genuine gratitude.
Gratitude, truly, is the thread that ties all of this together. It’s what keeps the channel open. It’s what tells the Universe: I see this. I honor this. I’m ready for more.
You have everything you need. I’ve watched my own life transform beyond recognition by doing exactly what I’ve shared with you here — and I know without a doubt that you can too.
Go forth and manifest to your heart’s desire.
I believe in you. And as always — I love you.
