Break out your pen and journal because this one is worth exploring.
Today, we are discussing irrational fears. Now, when I say “irrational”, I mean fears that are not based in reality such as the fear of judgment or the fear of failure.
We all have dealt with an irrational fear. These are the fears that cannot physically harm us but we have a physical reaction. These kinds of fears will keep anyone stuck and stagnant. We have conditioned ourselves to fear things that do not exist anywhere outside of our minds.
Once you begin to catalog and explore the fears you have, you can deconstruct your conditioning. In doing so, you will be able to see things for what they are and handle them accordingly without the looming fear that usually takes place. Understanding your fears will help you to conquer them in an effort to break out of your daily norms.
Admitting your fears can be difficult. Admitting your irrational fears is both difficult and necessary to grow in life. Show yourself grace and compassion throughout answering this question. Feel the feelings in an effort to move past them.
