What practices, tools, and rituals help you feel aligned?

Today, we’ve got the Question of the Day Bonus Round!
In all actuality, I noticed halfway in, I doubled up on a question. I could have erased it and pretended it didn’t happen but it would have thrown the 30 days off. I could have also ended the 30 days and left it there, but that would be a disservice to you – the reader.
We’re keeping it light and diving into things you can do to feel fully aligned.
Sometimes, we have a tendency to do things or react in ways that are not in alignment with who we are meant to be. This comes from coping mechanisms we’ve learned over the years. And while what we are doing may make us feel better at the moment, there is no lasting effect.
So, what can we do?
There are multiple ways you can begin to conduct yourself so you feel more aligned. There’s meditation, yoga, journaling, reading, shadow work, and exercise to name a few. All of these things and others can help you feel more in tune with yourself.
The choice, however, is up to you. Maybe you have something positive and productive already. Then the question becomes, are you using it daily.
Having things in place to help you feel aligned is one way to become your authentic self. Knowing what they are and how to implement them can take you far.
Don’t believe me?
I went from leaning on to a mental diagnosis, rapid cycling daily to healing trauma I didn’t realize I had and have no signs or symptoms of a mental disorder. All by having practices, tools, and rituals to help me feel aligned.
