The question was asked, “What am I most worried about for the future?”. I have to be honest I try not to worry about things these days because it sets off my anxiety. But if I am being truthful, there is something I worry about often.
The world is full of a lot of hurting people. There are so many who need to heal personally, and I feel we need to heal as a collective from generational trauma. I worry we, as a people, will fall because of the cycle of hurt and pain that has plagued this world for far too long.
This is why it is my mission, my purpose, to help as many in the collective to heal through shadow and inner work so they are able to live authentically and reach their higher self.
If more people welcomed healing rather than their typical hurt feelings we could thrive. If more people were willing to make changes rather than being comfortable in their own misery we could be better. If more people led with love and understanding rather than year’s old preconceived notions we would be able to live more harmoniously.
Maybe it’s a pipe dream or maybe I’m being completely delusional but I think it’s possible. The problem is people’s willingness to be different. As if being different from what you’ve always been is bad. But if you do what you’ve always done and be who you’ve always been, you’ll get what you’ve always got.
Too many are living in a state of low vibration – anger, sadness, guilt, shame, biased. I just think it’s time for a higher vibration – love, gratitude, contentment, ease, and acceptance.
So as much as I try to stay away from worry, this is something I think about regularly. And due to this thought, I will continue to help where I can, advise when I can, and show others it’s possible to be different and it’s a good thing.
Take it from me, a woman who lived off negative emotions for the majority of her life. Someone who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but hasn’t had any symptoms of it since making the changes. A woman who, her life spiraled regularly and I allowed it. And now I’m a woman of conviction willing to show others it’s possible to be better and do better.
I just want peace for this world and the people in it. Is that too much to ask?
