Hey there, Beautiful Ones! It’s the beginning of the fourth quarter and a brand new month. I hope you’re as excited as I am, especially if you are a creator. Whether you are a writer, visual artist, musician, or you create content for your business or brand, you, my friends, are creators. Being a creator is hard work, but if you get into a flow, it is the most fulfilling feeling you can have.
Now, the reason why I am so excited for this time of the year is that there are three months, roughly 90 days, to stand tall in your creations, whatever they may be. This means if you haven’t been putting your best foot forward in the year thus far, this is your chance to really shine.
From Crumbling to Conquering: My Journey as a Creator
When I was first trying to build my place in the world of being a creator, I went about it all wrong. As I said previously, being a creator is hard work, but instead of recognizing that, I would crumble as the work got harder. I would fold under pressure. I talked a good game, but I underperformed big time.
Being able to focus on myself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually was the stepping stone for why I love hard work. With each step, I get better at what I do. I am doing 100% more today than I was last year when I finally decided to come back from my 3-year hiatus. The pride that I have in my creations increases because I push myself a little more each day.
I dig into the hard work because, as they say, if it doesn’t scare you, then you’re not doing enough. I love to create now because it fulfills a piece of my soul with every blog post, social media post, book chapter, or any other piece of content I create to further myself as a creator and build an international brand.
Why I’m Excited for the New Quarter
This is why I’m excited for this new quarter because I know the amount of hard work I’ve done in the past four months. It also means that you have an opportunity to get your foundation together as a creator.
When I hit my 90-day mark, I had created almost 400 pieces of content. There was a time when I was lucky if I created 100 pieces of content in a year. However, I know what I am trying to build, so I had to give in to the hard work. All you have to do is take one step at a time, and you can be on your way to creating 100 pieces of content to grow your audience and get those coins.
