The Crumbling Beliefs of a 40-Year-Old Wanderer
My awakening was sparked by a healing journey, and the collateral damage was the dismantling of many beliefs I held dear. Not just any beliefs, but those I clung to with unwavering certainty. As it turned out, some were mere mirages, illusions carefully crafted over my four decades of existence. It’s a common tale, really. We absorb beliefs like sponges in our formative years, shaped by parents, environment, culture, and society. Little do we realize that by the time we hit adulthood, many of these beliefs are not ours; they’re borrowed relics from our childhood and teenage years.
Unveiling the Hidden Truths
As I delved deeper into the recesses of my own beliefs, I unearthed eye-opening truths strategically concealed from the collective consciousness. It’s astounding how a well-orchestrated system can limit a woman’s potential or suppress the essence of a melanated soul. The revelations kept pouring in, uncovering the hidden gems obscured by the sands of time. I discovered that concepts labeled as “evil” had roots predating the inception of organized religion. Intriguing, right? I won’t dive too deep into that rabbit hole for now, but the crux is this: our world is brimming with illusions, and without the beacon of awareness, we’re lost in the labyrinth of falsehoods.
