The Power of Solitude: Finding Your Source

Hey there, beautiful ones. Lately, I’ve talked about solitude and the need for isolation, and I want to explain it a little more. I enjoy human connection. In fact, it has the potential to fuel me; however, it also has the potential to drain me. In the past, I’ve lacked boundaries, so the draining was inevitable. Over the past year, I’ve created more boundaries for myself, which attracted more of the connections that fuel me, but I would still be drained from time to time.

This realization led me to understand that solitude isn’t about rejecting human connection; it’s about refining it. When we know how to set boundaries and protect our energy, we can enjoy interactions without feeling overwhelmed.

The Warrior’s Solitude

I understand that we are all mirrors, reflecting each other back to ourselves. It’s really powerful when you realize such a thing is possible. In knowing this, especially as an empath, I had to go into training alone, just like any warrior would do, to truly hone their skills. I have to be everything for myself that I would want from another. In doing so, those types of people will naturally enter my field of reality. Because I have spent so long expecting from others or unconsciously taking responsibility for others’ feelings, I have to separate myself to realign myself.

Trust me, it is a very scary process because it is unknown to me. I don’t truly know what it’s like to fully compensate for my own security, my own safety, my own love, my own idea of who I am. I always needed validation, and even though that need has lessened over time, there is a new phase I’m moving into where I must be ready to guide. This means I attract the connections that I want and am not attached to outcomes. This is my focus: to be everything I need for me and attract the connections I seek.

Becoming Your Own Source

So, my lovelies, learn to be who you need. Look within yourself and give yourself the love and support you need. Take the time to understand who you are without the definitions of others. Separate yourself from what people want from you and what you want for and from yourself. Others won’t know how to treat you unless you know how to treat you. And you are worthy of the utmost respect, security, love, peace, and joy.

When you start this journey, it might feel uncomfortable and even a bit lonely. But remember, it’s not about being alone; it’s about being with yourself. It’s about understanding your own needs and desires without external influences. This is the path to true self-discovery and empowerment. It’s about recognizing your own worth and not relying on others to validate you.

As you navigate this journey, you’ll start to see changes in the people around you. The more you honor yourself, the more others will honor you. It’s a beautiful transformation that starts from within. You’ll attract connections that are meaningful and enriching, rather than draining. And those connections will come naturally because you’ll be radiating the love and respect you have for yourself.

Remember, this journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress and self-compassion. It’s about recognizing your worth and treating yourself with the kindness and respect you deserve. So, take this time for yourself. Embrace the solitude. Use it as an opportunity to grow and evolve.

I believe in you. You have the strength and the wisdom to navigate this journey. And remember, as always, I love you. 💙
