Hey there, beautiful ones! Today, let’s discuss a reality of the healing and spiritual journey that many tend to overlook: loneliness. When you embark on this path, you will find that your circle gets smaller. As you begin to evolve, there will be those who can’t or flat-out refuse to evolve as well, causing you to make the tough decision to leave them behind. A lot of this journey must be walked alone, which can become extremely lonely at times.

The Isolation of Growth
As you grow and transform, you may find yourself questioning if you’ve made the right choices and decisions. It’s natural to feel the pull to reach out to people who you know no longer align with you. These feelings, while uncomfortable, are normal. They stem from a deep-seated need for connection and reassurance, especially when treading unfamiliar territory. Eventually, these feelings will pass, but when you’re in the midst of them, it can become difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
For me, these times are tough, if I’m being completely honest. They bring up memories of when I was left out as a child and highlight my insecurities about living life with no one to share it with. I know that these are lower emotions, but I must face them without shame, guilt, or sadness. It’s a part of the process, a necessary step in shedding old skin to reveal the new.
Reflecting on Past and Present
I will not lie—these times of loneliness are a struggle for me. They often bring up a lot from my past, reminding me why being alone was never a place I liked being. Unfortunately, I stayed around people I shouldn’t have because of my fear of loneliness. The comfort of familiar faces, even if they were not good for me, seemed better than the unknown solitude. But now, I’ve learned that solitude is not my enemy.
Although it’s hard at times, I understand it’s something I must go through and it’s only temporary. The beauty of this journey is that it allows me to clear out what I must to be the best version of myself. Loneliness, as daunting as it may seem, is a powerful teacher. It forces you to confront your deepest fears and insecurities, and in doing so, you emerge stronger and more self-aware.

Embracing the Journey
Beautiful ones, being alone can be difficult, but it’s all for the greater good. It’s about helping you clear out what you must to be the best version of yourself. Also, it’s better to go through this alone so you know how to operate when people are around, especially if you struggle with things like people-pleasing.
The road may be tough, but you’ve got this. Remember, loneliness is not a punishment; it’s a space for you to grow, to reflect, and to prepare for the next stage of your journey. It teaches you to find peace within yourself, to be your own best company, and to trust in your own strength. When you come out on the other side, you’ll find that the loneliness was just a phase, a cocoon from which you will emerge, transformed and ready to embrace the world with a new perspective.
So, the next time you feel the weight of loneliness pressing down on you, take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is just a part of your journey. It’s a sign that you are evolving, shedding old layers to make way for the new. Embrace it, learn from it, and know that you are never truly alone. The universe has your back, and so do I. Keep going, beautiful ones. You are stronger than you think.
I believe in you. And remember, as always, I love you. 💙
