Hey there, beautiful ones. Let’s have some real talk. You ever find yourself deep in your healing, minding your business, sipping tea in silence… and suddenly realize you are the only awakened one in your entire social circle? Like, hello? Is this thing on?
The spiritual journey—oh, what a lonely, magical, confusing, beautiful mess it can be. One minute you’re out here aligning your chakras and pulling oracle cards, and the next minute someone’s cousin is calling you “crazy” for believing Mercury retrograde can snatch your Wi-Fi. And let’s not even talk about the folks who gaslight you for setting boundaries. Whew, the audacity.
Sometimes it really does feel like you’re stuck on your own private island, waving a sage stick in the wind hoping someone, somewhere, sees the smoke signal. But guess what? You’re not alone. I promise.

When Solitude Isn’t a Choice—It’s a Requirement
The path to healing and spiritual awakening isn’t just lined with rose petals and moon water. Nope. Sometimes it’s paved with hard goodbyes, canceled plans, and distance from people who once felt like home. Especially when their energy makes you cringe, or when being around them means shrinking yourself to make them comfortable.
I’ve had to walk this road alone more times than I care to count. And no, not because I’m antisocial or too deep to function (although… I am deep, let’s be honest). It’s because when you awaken, you start to feel the weight of inauthenticity all around you. That fake small talk? Draining. The subtle jabs? Too much. The low-vibe energy vampires? No thank you, I’ll pass.
Sometimes, solitude is not just healing—it’s survival.
But let me be clear: there is a difference between being alone and feeling lonely. And for a long time, I felt both. I longed for connection with people who understood the spiritual path, the shadow work, the rebirth, the falling apart and rising again. People who didn’t think I was strange for talking to my inner child or checking the moon phases before a major decision.
And so, I started this blog.

Finding My Spiritual Tribe Online (And Why You Should Too)
At first, writing this blog felt like shouting into the void. Like, “Hey! Anyone else out there healing their generational trauma while practicing breathwork and saging their bedroom?” But slowly, it started to echo back.
One comment.
One DM.
One kindred spirit at a time.
Instagram became my sanctuary. Not for the selfies or the algorithms, but for the stories—the real, raw, spiritual experiences people were willing to share. And then Threads came along, and y’all, it was like the Universe gave me a cheat code to find my people. My soul family.
I found folks from all corners of the globe. Different cultures. Different upbringings. But one thing in common—each of them walking their own path of healing, awakening, and rising from their ashes.
They got me. I didn’t have to over-explain or water myself down. And when I needed to retreat into silence, they understood. Because they, too, had gone through that very same quiet cocoon before the next level of growth.
So, if you’re sitting there thinking no one understands you… if you’re craving connection with those who walk the path with integrity and heart, let me lovingly push you toward something that just might surprise you: social media. Yep. That’s right. That same place where you scroll past dog videos and conspiracy theories is also where your spiritual tribe is quietly gathering.
Of course, stay vigilant. There are some folks out here using “spiritual” as an aesthetic, not a practice. But your people? The real ones? They’re out there, just waiting for someone like you to share your journey, too.
So here’s what I want you to know:
✨ You are not alone.
✨ Solitude is powerful, but connection is healing, too.
✨ Your spiritual tribe is out there, waiting to vibe with your light.
Don’t be afraid to show up as your full, radiant, beautifully weird self. Because the more you share, the more your people will find you.
I believe in you. And remember, as always, I love you. 💙
